What the trading day leaves behind
Standing, lifting and stairs tire the lower back, the shoulders and the soles of the feet together. The session starts at the feet and calves, moves up to the lower back and finishes at the shoulder girdle.
Session planning during the season
In busy weeks a 45-minute focused session every two weeks works better than one long session at the end of the season. When the season closes, the 100-minute ritual is the usual choice.
For foreign buyers
The session flow and the price list are explained in Arabic and English, and the booking is completed over WhatsApp. Prices are identical to those for local guests and no commission is added.
